WGBH-TV, Boston's only educational television station, renewed broadcasting this morning after a spectacular fire early Saturday morning destroyed its studio facilities on Mass Ave., near MIT.

Managed by the Lowell Institute Co-operative Broadcasting Council (associated with the University and other local institutions), WGBH lost about $1 million worth of equipment in the blaze.
