The problems of printing cards on a new color paper have delayed introduction of outside circulation for reserve books during the day, Thomas F. O'Connell, acting director of Lamont Library, has explained. The new plan, approved in November, and originally scheduled for early December, will begin "soon," he said. Under the new plan reserve books may be taken from the library for three-hour periods during the day.
