Nana Nketsia, head of the Ghanian delegation to the United Nations, will speak in the first forum of the Quincy House Africa series on "Culture and Nationalism" at 8 p.m. this evening in Quincy dining room.

At 7 p.m. tonight the Radcliffe NSA will sponsor the first in a series of discussion on various aspects of Africa. Herbert J. Spiro, assistant professor of Government, will participate in the discussion at the 'Cliffe Field House.
