Harvard and Radcliffe rank among the top three college choices of National Merit Scholarship winners, a nationally-conducted survey revealed recently. The College has attracted 212 Merit Scholars in the three years of the National Merit program, followed by M.I.T. with 167 and the Annex with 67.
