Sigmund Compares Students' Concerns

European university students are much more concerned with government activities than are their American counterparts, Paul E. Sigmund, instructor in Government, told a New England Regional Student Relations Seminar here last night.

Sigmund, a past International vice-President of NSA, attributed the European student's awareness of political affairs to their personal financial problems.

Students from 24 colleges are participating in the NSA-sponsored weekend of seminars.
