Flanders to Speak

Senator Ralph E. Flanders of Vermont will speak on "Foreign Policy and Finances" tonight at 8 p.m. in the Geographical Institute. The meeting, sponsored by the Harvard Eisenhower Club, will be free and open to the public.

Flanders was the Godkin lecturer in 1949. Currently a member of the Senate Armed Services and Finance Committees, he achieved national recognition a few years ago as the author of the McCarthy Censure Resolution in the Senate.
