PBH Opens Spring Blood Drive Today

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The PBH week-long blood drive will begin today at the University Lutheran Church instead of Memorial Hall where it has been usually held. The Lutheran Church is located behind the IAB at the corner of Dunster and Winthrop streets.

Stanley B. Lyss '58, co-chairman of the PBH Drives Committee said that pledges had dropped to 1,200 from 1,500 obtained during the fall. The fall drive was the most successful in the last four years, collecting 998 donations.

Lyss emphasized that anyone over 21 could simply come in and donate. Those under 21 need their parents permission before they can give blood.
