Steyskal Committed To Mental Hospital

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

At a Federal Court hearing in Boston yesterday morning, Joseph C. Steyskal was committed to a mental hospital for psychiatric care. Steyskal was indicted by a grand jury several weeks ago, after threatening to kill President Pusey.

District Court Judge Sweeney, who presided at yesterday's hearing, accepted the testimony of Dr. Henry Merton Baker, and declared that Steyskal is paranoic.

The former Divinity School student will remain in a federal mental hospital until he is able to understand the charges against him, or until the charges are dropped.
