Conant Will Deliver Godkin Talks Here

President Emeritus James B. Conant '14 will speak on "Germany and Freedom--A Personal Appraisal" when he gives the annual Godkin Lectures early in January.

Conant, former U.S. Ambassador to West Germany, will give his first lecture on Jan. 7; his topic will be "Free Germany Reviews Its Past." All of the talks will be given in Sanders Theatre and are scheduled to begin at 8 p.m. The second and third lectures in the Godkin series will be given on Jan. 8 and 9.
