House squash, swimming, basketball, and hockey teams head into the final stretch of winter competition this week with a full slate of contests.
The House swimming title rests on the outcome of tonight's three-way meet between Leverett, Lowell, and Winthrop. Leverett and Winthrop share the league lead with 6-0 records, but Lowell closely trails with a 5-0-1 slate.
With the A-league title wrapped up, Qunicy's rampaging basketball team (12-1) takes on seventh-place Lowell on Thursday night at the IAB. Meanwhile Kirkland and Winthrop are tied for second-place with 9-3 records. Winthrop faces Leverett tonight and Adams on Thursday, while Kirkland plays Dudley tonight.
In the B-league hoop circuit, third place Leverett challenges second-place Winthrop tonight. Eliot, on top of the standings with a 10-1 record, tackles Dudley tonight and last-place Dunster on Thursday.
House hockey playoffs begin tomorrow night at Watson Rink between the top six teams: Eliot, Winthrop, Lowell. Dunster, Leverett and Kirkland or Quincy. These games will continue until March 14.
