I hope the University will give serious considertation to not restoring Mem Hall in its entirety. It isn't too bad looking just the way the fire has left it. We don't need the clock nowadays. Everyone has a wrist Watch.
Doesn't the cost of such a restoraton really out-weigh the importance of the sentimental attachment a few, and increasingly few, alumni hold for the building?
