"Philippine-American Relations" and "From Amsterdam to Leopoldville" will be the topics this evening at the last International Seminar Forum of the Summer School session, which takes place at 8 p.m. in Emerson D.

Speaker on the first topic will be Ceferino Padua, Chief Legal Counsel of the Welfare Administration and Professor of Law and Liberal Arts at Francisco College in Manila.

Emil Meijer of Amsterdam, Holland, and Joseph Van Bilsen, Professor of Social Law at the College of Overseas Territories in Antwerp, Belgium, will speak on the second topic.
