The junior varsity baseball team, shooting for its second victory in as many games, will play the University of New Hampshire freshmen this afternoon at Soldiers Field at 3. In its first game the jayvees downed Wentworth Institute, 9-3.
In the third game of the day at Soldiers Field, the Yardling nine will oppose the Brown freshmen, also at 3 p.m. Coach Adolf Samborski's charges have won three straight contests, having trounced Exeter, 3-0 in their last game. All three victories have been shutouts.
