Walter Frese, director of the Government Accounting Systems Division, was appointed to a one-year term as visiting professor of Business Administration, it was learned yesterday.
Frese was instrumental in carrying out a program of improvement in Federal accounting in 1948. During his term at the University, starting July 1, he will also remain a consultant for the General Accounting Office.
