The varsity squash team swept to its tenth win of an undefeated season Saturday at West Point as a powerful Army squad could not cope with the Crimson's well balanced lineup. The Cadets could pick up only two wins, at sixth and seventh singles, as they bowed, 7 to 2.

Ben Heckscher won his tenth straight match of the season at first singles. After a brief lapse in the first game, Heckscher rolled to a 7-15, 15-10, 15-9, 15-4 victory. The varsity's strength in the top positions continued as Cal Place, Charlie MacVeagh, Pete Milton, and Lee Folger each took easy 3-1 wins. Especially noteworthy was MacVeagh's performance, since he moved up to the number three position from the fifth spot.

The play at the bottom two positions was one of the deciding factors in the match, as Lanny Thomas fought hard for a close 3-2 victory in the ninth spot and Larry Sears took his second shutout win in two days at eighth singles.
