Yale end Paul Lopata was unanimously placed on the team and three other members of the Ivy championship eleven were also chosen. Eli captain John Owseichik, all-Ivy center last year, was selected, along with Metropoulos, for the guard spot.
Metropoulos was also named to Cornell coach Lefty James's all-opponent team. Princeton coach Charlie Caldwell, did not place any Crimson players on his all-opponent squad.
