Yardlings Will Face Providence College In Hockey Encounter

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The freshman hockey team meets a Providence College sextet this evening at 6:30 p.m. in the Boston Garden in an attempt to notch its third straight victory of the season.

Providence has an annually strong freshman hockey team; last year they were the only squad to beat the Yardlings.

The J.V. sextet will also seek its third win when it meets Providence in the Garden this afternoon at 4 p.m.

Dave Birch, Tom Crawley, and John Wylde will probably start in the J.V. line. Woody Harris and Laurie Pratt will play defense, and Charlie Steedman will be in the goal.
