Fifty-five House harriers entered the annual intramural cross country meet yesterday which Dunster won easily with 60 points, followed by Kirkland and Lowell with 88 and 98 points respectively.

Dunster runner Dick Norris '57 finished first in the two-mile riverside course with an unimpressive time of 10:22:3, closely followed by French Anderson '58 of Lowell and Jim Price '58 of Winthrop. Dave Spinney of Winthrop and Howie Katz of Kirkland finished fourth and fifth.

Cross country is scored by adding the place numbers of the first five runners from each House who finish the race. Thus the House with the lowest total wins.

In yesterday's meet, the first three teams were followed by Eliot with 101 points; Dudley with 106; Winthrop, 107; Adams, 145; and Leverett, 229.
