Alexander, Bulger Win Ames Awards

Clifford L. Alexander '55 of New York City and Lowell House and Roger Bulger '55 of Hollis, N.Y., and Winthrop House have won the Ames Awards for "outstanding qualities of leadership, self-reliance, and character." Presented at Class Day Exercises yesterday, the awards are in memory of the Ames sons, who gave their lives in an attempt to save their father in 1935. Alexander is First Class Marshal and Bulger captained the varsity basketball team.
