The first of two Theodore Spencer Memorial Lectures on drama will be presented at 4 p.m. today in Fogg Large Lecture Room by Tom Patterson, artistic director of the Canadian Stratford Festival.

Included in Patterson's talk on his Stratford company will be a 16 mm film of last year's Shakespeare festival. The lectures this year are designed to focus on the theatre problem at Harvard.
