After telling the Dramatic Club to leave its Big tree quarters because of fire law violations, the University announced yesterday it was giving HDC an unprecedented $250 to help finance its move to the Harvard Book Bindery's first floor.
"The gift was totally unexpected." said Club president Edward J. Golden '55 yesterday. "We will probably use the money for electrical equipment and now doors."
Both the doors, which will shut off the Bindory's activities from the HDC, and the electrical equipment must be installed before the Club can actually use its now quarters, explained Golden.
