ITHACA, N. Y., November 19--Cornell opposed favored Penn in the final game of the Ivy Soccer League here today with first place hanging in the balance.

There was no score in the second period as this edition went to press.

Should Cornell tie or defeat Penn, Harvard would win, undisputed, the first championship of the new League. If Penn should win, the Quakers would tie the Crimson for first place.
