The '58 edition of the Miss Radcliffe contest picks up momentum today as the field of over 40 beautiful contestants is narrowed to 18 semi-finalists.

These surviving 18 will dine with the editors of the CRIMSON tomorrow evening and will be interviewed afterward in an attempt to reduce the ranks to six.

The most lovely and personable of the sextet will be plucked from her colleagues at the Leverett House dance following the University of Massachusetts game on Saturday.
