Arthur Garfield Hays, National Director of the American Civil Liberties Union and famous defense attorney, will lecture today on "The Impact of Public Investigations on Civil Liberties."

The lecture, sponsored by the Student Bar Association, will take place at 5 p.m. in Langdell South Middle at the Law School. Admission is free for members of the Bar Association, 40 cents for all others.
