Despite two strong legs by Renny Little and Dave Alpers, the Crimson's mile relay finished second to Indiana in the Milwaukee Journal's Indoor Games, held in Milwaukee Saturday night.
By winning, Indiana set a new record for the meet, the time of 3:20.4 surpassing the old mark of 3:22. Also under the old mark, the Crimson made a fast 3:21.2. The other two runners for the varsity were Alan Howe and Jack Richards.
