Leon J. Kamin '49, Research assistant in social relations, yesterday testified for two hours before a secret session of the subcommittee of the State commission on Communism and subversive Activities.
Neither the text nor the nature of Kamin's testimony was disclosed by the group.
The complete record of the proceedings, however, will be turned over to the full commission along with the testimony of Wendell H. Furry, associate professor, of Physics, who was called into a similar session last week.
The private hearing was conducted by Representative Mary B. Newman of Cambridge and Richard Buckley of Beverly.
