More than 40 experts on taxation and different phases of agriculture will meet at the Law School tomorrow for the first meeting of a six-day conference to examine agricultural taxation and its role in bettering living standards in the underdeveloped contries of the world.

They will discuss the present state of knowledge in the field of agricultural taxation and possible avenues for future research on the subject.

The conference is sponsored by the school's International Program in Taxation, which was established in 1952 on a grant of the Ford Foundation to conduct research in international public finance and the training of foreign tax officials.
