To determine recipients of the Harvard Student Council's 32 $25 scholarship grants, the Council will interview applicants next week at Phillips House. The grants are awarded solely on the basis of financial need, to help meet tuition expenses.
The Council's Financial Aids Committee will speak with interested students Tuesday, April 14, through Friday, between 1:30 and 5 p.m. at the Council offices on the second floor of Phillips Brooks House.
The grants, available twice a year, will be announced by mail before the term bill is due. The Council is awarding $800 in scholarship funds this semester, and the applicant's scholarship is not included in the consideration of his request.
