Two new officers have been appointed as part of a reorganization plan at the Radcliffe Dean's Office, President Wilbur K. Jordan announced yesterday. Mrs. Kathleen O. Elliott, now Director of Admission, will fill the newly created post of Associate Dean of Instruction.
Miss Constance E. Ballou will take her place as Director of Admissions. Miss Ballou now fills a similar position at Bradford Junior College. Both appointments are effective next September.
The exact duties to be covered by Mrs. Elliott's new post have not yet been announced, but she probably will act partly as assistant to Mrs. Wilma A. Kerby-Miller, Dean of Instruction.
