Ten Plays Trinity At Soldiers Field

Though smashed up and laid up, Bruce Munro's varsity lacrosse team should continue its winning streak today against Trinity College in a game at 3:45 on the Business School Field.

"I should lock those guys in their rooms after every practice," said the fiery coach upon hearing of the loss of two starters. Monk Aiello, diminutive attackman, was burned in a freak blaze Saturday, and defense stalwart Ed Sexton was hurt in a weekend auto accident. Other starters Jim Telfer and Pete Palches are still on the inactive list because of vacation injuries.

Munro will move Todd Goodwin to attack for today's game, but has not picked his replacement on the second midfield.

Though this is the best team Trinity has had in years, it should present little opposition to the Crimson, who blasted North Carolina. The Tarheels have beaten Trinity, 12 to 7.

An improved freshman team plays Lawrence Academy at home today. Coach Bob Pickett considers Lawrence a much tougher opponent than Tabor Academy, whom it beat Tuesday 12 to 3.
