Swanson Elected Law Class Chief

William F. Swanson has been elected Marshal of the Law School's third year class, it was announced yesterday.

Other permanent officers elected last weekend are M. Bernard Aidinoff, secretary, and Richard Harrington '50, treasurer.

Alan B. Ives, Wilhelmina L. Florencourt, William E. Glynn, and Austin Boble '50 were elected to the class Executive Council. The Executive Council will meet this evening to elect three more members to its ranks.

Miss Florencourt is the first woman to be elected a permanent class officer.

The voting on Friday and Saturday was conducted by the Phillips Brooks House Law School Committee at Harkness Graduate Commons.
