Finals in seven events will be run off in the I.A.B. at 8:15 p.m. tonight, in the third and final installment of the 13th Annual Eastern Intercollegiate Swimming Championships.
The events, in order: 100-yard backstroke; 100-yard breast-stroke; 100-yard freestyle; 440-yard freestyle; 150-yard individual medley; three-meter diving; 300-yard medley relay.
Trial heats in all events will be held this morning and afternoon. At 9:30 a.m., the three-meter diving preliminaries will be held. At 2:30 p.m., time trials in the other events will be held.
Defending champions in tonight's finals are: Richard Thoman, Yale, 100 backstroke; Donald Sheff, Yale, 100 freestyle; Wayne Moore, Yale, 440 freestyle; Owen Davies, Navy, three-meter dive; Yale (Thomas, Stanton Smith, Sheff), 300 medley relay.
