Six members of the varsity ski team will compete today in the Eastern Ski Association's cross-country and jumping events at Rumford, Maine.
Coach Taylor will probably enter the entire squad in cross-country competition, while allowing Pat Colt to enter the jumps as well. The remainder of the team includes Fred Churchill, Ebbe Dane, Steve Reynolds, Hans Vitzthum, and Johan Andresen.
Vitzthum and Andresen are the Crimson's outstanding performers in cross-country. Last Saturday at the Middlebury Class A Championship, Vitzthum finished 12th in a field of 43 with Andresen in 16th position.
Sunday the team will travel to Mount Sunapee, N.H., for giant slalom competition.
