Crimson fencers won their second match in three starts last night, beating M.I.T. 17 to 10 on the losers' courts.

Steve Chandler in the foil and Harry Ziel in the saber sparked the Crimson, each winning three straight bouts. In other foil results, Walton Rawls and Jan Jertson each took two out of three from their Engineer opponents. In the saber, Bob McConaughy won two out of three, Dave Kenney split two bouts, and Bob Marsetta won his only match. In the epee, George McNair and Phil Erard won two out of three, while Les Scherer salvaged one of his three bouts.

The freshmen dropped a close decision to Clark University by a 14 to 13 count.
