A meeting of all undergraduates and graduate students interested in foreign study will be held tonight in the Lamont Forum Room at 8 p.m.

Reginald H. Phelps '30, Associate Dean of the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, will outline Fulbright prospects for graduate students, while Daniel S. Cheever '39 will explain the procedure for undergraduates.

Last year 18 men in the University won Fulbrights.

Associate Dean Robert Watson '37 is scheduled to talk to undergraduates about the College's own grants: the Shaw, Knox, Tower, Flake, Sheldon, and Lionel de Jersey fellowships.
