Leverett and Dudley remained in a tie for first place in the House Soccer League as both won their games today.

Dudley defeated Adams 1 to 0 in a game decided by Rod Wilde's goal early in the second half. Dave Benkin, Adams goalie, prevented the game from becoming a rout with several sparkling saves.

In contrast, the Gold Coasters did not give Dudley goalie Paul O'Leary much trouble as the Commuter fullbacks consistently cleared the ball out of danger.

In the other game of the day, Eliot gave Leverett a hard fight before losing, 3 to 1.

Play continues this afternoon as Winthrop meets Dunster and Lowell plays Kirkland.
