Samuel H. Beer, associate professor of Government, will deliver the second annual Harold J. Laski Memorial Lecture at Brandeis University at 8 p.m. Sunday. Professor Beer's topic will be "The British Conservative Party."

The Laski Lecture is sponsored by the Brandeis chapter of Students for Democratic Action to commemorate the death in 1950 of the noted British political scientist and Labor Party member. Last year the Lectureship was shared by professors Max Lerner and Perry Miller.
