Schneiders Date Chorus Gals In Sunday Softball Slugfest

Radcliffe's Quadrangle will be host to perhaps the most colorful sporting event of the Annex's Senior Weekend when Schneider's Silver Cornet Band meets the "kickline" from Drumbeats and Song in a softball game at 2:15 p.m. Sunday.

The contest will last seven or nine innings depending on when and if it begins.

Following a "Grand Parade" to the front of Moor's Hall. "Professor Schneider" will conduct the band in a program of light classics. These will include Ponchielli's. "Dance of the Hours" and Ambrose Thomas's "Raymond Overture."

Concertmaster Charles D. Lemmond, Jr., '52 and 'Cliff captain Del Gilmore '53 will exchange greetings. WHRB is installing a public address system for the ceremonies.
