Alan G. Kirk, Jr., former ambassador to Russia, who has just recently returned to this country, will speak at 3 p.m. tomorrow in Paine Hall on "Moscow: 1949 to 1952."
Kirk, a retired Navy Admiral, is presently chairman of the "American Committee for the Liberation of the Peoples of Russia. Incorporated."
Richard Watson '54, president of the Council, said the U.N. Council hopes that ex-Ambassador Kirk, having returned from within the ring of secrecy and pro-paganda that surrounds Soviet Russia today, many be able to give the Harvard community a true picture of what the Russian people really think about the present world crisis."
