Two undergraduates and a section man will offer their criticisms of the General Education program at the Adams House Forum at 8 p.m. tonight.
Neil J. Smelser '52, Rhodes Scholarelect, and Burton D. Hersh '55 have indicated they will be sharply critical of many aspects of the program. Norman Birnbaum, teaching fellow in General Education, has promised to expose the idiocies of his students and the foibles of his superiors.
Phillippe E Le Corbeiller, professor of General Education, who gives Natural Sciences 1, and Philip H. Rhinelander '29, instructor in General Education, who lectures in Humanities 4, will reply and present their ideas of the program.
