Fencers Defeat M.I.T., 20-7 For Third Straight Victory

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

M.I.T. provided little opposition for the varsity fencers, who rolled to their third straight win, 20 to 7, at the Blockhouse last night.

Foil men Jan Jertson, Steve Chandler, and Captain Eric Sollee took all three of their bouts, as did saber men Bob McConaughy and Bruce Morton and epee man Jack Smith. Harry Ziel won two of his bouts in the saber division. George McNair, Lee Scherer and Ivan Chermayeff completed the Crimson lineup.
