UNITED NATIONS, N.Y., Dec. 18--Secretary-General Trygve Lie today asked the United Nations General Assembly for advice on what to do with employees charged within the United States with subversion. Russia immediately labeled the move "rather bizarre."

A panel of three international jurists has already advised Lie to fire disloyal Americans and also get rid of non-American U.N. employees who have been engaged in subversion or spying against the United States.
