Crimson tailback Dick Clasby leads the Ivy Group in rushing and punting, according to statistics released yesterday.
Clasby has piled up 557 yards on the ground, 144 yards more than teammate John Culver, in second place. The triple-threat junior leads all Ivy punters with an average of 37 yards per kick for 23 kicks, but trails Mitch Price of Columbia in the individual offense column, 766 to 1,005.
Harvard stands third in team offense and fourth in team defense. Future Big Three opponents Princeton and Yale are leading the Crimson in both categories.
Although the Crimson's 1-1 record in Ivy Group play places it fourth in the standings, its 4-1 record is second to Yale.
