No CRIME; Except Journal

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

In order to clarify Harvard's confused newspaper situation, the editors wish to make the following disclosures:

1) A newspaper published yesterday evening was not put out by the CRIMSON. It was a gag. The CRIMSON does not know if its publishers intend any further gag issues.

2) Knowing the gag issue was to be published, the editors attempted to steal its thunder by announcing plans Thursday to print a facsimile of its old rival, "The Journal."

3) The next issue of the CRIMSON will appear Tuesday.
