Donald C. McKay, professor of History, will address the second session of the New England Conference on universities and world affairs tonight at Wellesley on "the relationship between higher education and world affairs."
The conference, which is sponsored by the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace, Wellesley, and M.I.T., opened yesterday with a dinner at the Algonquin Club. Delegates from 33 colleges are attending.
