Informal Dance Will Replace Formal Affair At Annex Class Night

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Radcliffe's senior class will break tradition on Tuesday, June 19, by running an informal, rather than a formal, dance on Class Night.

Formal dress had been the rule in past years, but the class this week voted for informal attire.

Seniors, ushers, dates, and parents may attend the Class Night activities. Events include a lantern procession in the Quadrangle, singing on the Moors Hall steps, a reception for faculty affiliates and the Administration, and the dance.

George Graham's orchestra will provide music for dancing in the Moors Hall dining room. Terraces on Moors, Cabot, and Briggs will be decorated for dancing.

'Cliffedwellers, from any class, may still apply for Class Night ushering posts and the ten places still available for Commencement ushers, Margaret E. Fechheimer '52, head usher, said last night.
