Mystery Man Phones From Upstairs Moors

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The Cambridge Fire Department is looking for a man who last night phoned in a false alarm from the second floor of Moors Hall. Men are not permitted above the first floor of any Radcliffe dormitory.

At 5:55 p.m. yesterday a man's voice notified the fire department of a blaze in George's Bar in northern Cambridge. Fire trucks rushed to the scene, but there was no fire. The telephone company traced the call to the pay phone on the second floor of Moors Hall.

Deputy Chief John Lavey questioned Moors resident, who denied having seen a man on the second floor at that hour.
