Sullivan Claims M. D. C. Promised Signal Light

As far back as last February, the Metropolitan District Commission agreed to install pedestrian traffic lights at the junction of DeWolfe Street and Memorial Drive "when warm weather permits," State Representative Walter J. Sullivan disclosed last night.
