Leverett Wins in Baseball, Softball

Leverett eked out an 8 to 7 win over Winthrop in House baseball league yesterday.

On a neighboring diamond a Puritan last inning, four-run rally failed to over take a Bunny lead as the Leverett Soft ballers registered a 7 to 5 triumph.

In other House games yesterday, Eliot slaughtered Dunster 14 to 0 in hard ball and barely defeated the Funsters in soft ball 7 to 6.

On Monday, Lowell will meet Dudley and Kirkland meets Adams in the second round of the intramural baseball season.
