Duff (R-Pa.) will be the main speaker at a dinner tonight in New York celebrating publication by the Harvard University Press of the first two volumes of "The Letters of Theodore Roosevelt." Provost Buck will also speak at the meeting, to be held at the Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Association.
